Hey. Yeah, you. The one who randomly decided to check out my profile. Nosy, aren't ya? X3 I'm Geena; but I'm more commonly known on the
internet as HalfDemonCali ((Or Half-Demon-Cali, with the hyphens)). Okay, so I'm not that popular- That's just the name I use. For everything.
Pretty much.
I like to write fanfiction, collect manga and draw fanart, among other things and hobbies related to anime. I someday want to be an author or mangaka. My
FanFiction.Net account is HalfDemonCali ((Wow,
shocker...)) and my deviantART account is the same, with the hyphens. I mainly draw/write about
Inuyasha, since I'm totally and utterly obsessed with it. I'm a fan of all of Rumiko Takahashi's works, really. She's a genius, and my
inspiration.
I am told that my writing and art are very good, but I think that I'm a complete amateur. Low self-esteem issues, and such...
I drew my avatar :P Just saying.
My Gaia Online account is KyuriiLuvsKyo. Again, just saying.
I really want to learn Japanese and be fluent in it.
Finally, I'm pretty skilled with computers, and want to make my own 3D models or videogames someday. I also animate my stuff ((When I have time)).
The Ten Commandments... For Watching Anime- Thou shall not judge a new anime based on its title. Look at Bleach…
- Thou shall not judge an anime based on its opening theme.
- Thou shall not judge based on its random misuse of English (because at least they're trying).
- Not by said anime's opening theme song's random misuse of English.
- Thou shall not judge a new anime based on its first episode. It's call the bait-and-switch people, be aware of it.
- Thou shall not judge based on the fan girls.
- Thou shall not steal new anime from the Internet….unless thou intends to share with thine anime club.
- Thou shall accept that gravity is entirely optional. Especially when dealing with hair.
- Thou shall not say the manga was better unless thou hath read the manga.
- Thou shall forgive thy parent's ignorance for calling it "cartoons," and thus grouping Spike Spiegel and Light Yagami with Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny and SpongeBob Squarepants.
